If you want to stop the game from opening the console with "Fps config loaded!" each time it is loaded, go to the autoexec.cfg file and delete last 4 lines. To fix that, you need to type "retry" in the console. If you minimize the game with this config on, and then restore it, you will get black models everywhere. Once you launch the game, it should open the console and write there "Fps config loaded!" To change resolution just change the -witdh and -height numbers to your needs.
